tCollaborative co-design of The Ocean Race’s engaging learning programmes which are suitable for schools, at home learning, community and youth groups, and sailing clubs. Our resources support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that seek to ‘transform our world’ by 2030. Our programmes align with a number of the goals: SDG 4 Quality Education, SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities, SDG 13 Climate Action and SDG 14 Life Below Water.

Women Returner / Ukrainian Digital Empowerment – PDA Data Science Level 7
Prepared learners for broad data-enabled roles across health, finance, retail, government and education.
Entry-level roles: data assistant, reporting administrator, digital support officer.
Higher roles (progression): junior data analyst, business intelligence assistant.
For REFUGEES
Refugee Cyber Programme – PDA Cyber Resilience Level 8
Aimed at learners targeting advanced cyber roles across IT, financial services, public sector and security.
Higher roles: cyber specialist, cyber resilience analyst, incident-response trainee.
Lower/alternative roles: cyber support or digital-security roles in SMEs, third sector and community organisations, combining cyber skills with wider digital literacy. Option to step down to lower levels to reflect the wide range of cyber roles.
For NeurodivergenT
Women and Data / Neurodiverse Women and Data / Future Skills – PDA Data Science Level 8
Designed for those moving into specialised data and AI work across sectors including tech, finance, public sector and research.
Entry-level roles: data technician, data operations assistant.
Higher roles: data analyst, machine-learning assistant, junior data engineer. Option to step down to Level 7 for broader data roles.
